Congratulations to Steven Sullivan, Residential Technical Support Agent, on being named Socket’s You-Make-The-Difference award winner for June!

Steven thought that working at Socket would be the perfect fit since he loves working local and is a self-proclaimed “technophile”. As a Residential Technical Support agent, Steven analyzes customer’s problems and proposes solutions. His favorite part about working at Socket is solving customer’s issues, especially when it’s an issue that is really affecting the customer. When Steven isn’t at work you can find him biking, cooking, listening to music, or enjoying a good book.

“Steven is always a great asset to the team,” says a coworker who nominated him. “He works hard and he is the king of the old lady whisperers. He always solves their needs. He always is teaching me and others making our team grow and become more equipped for challenges.”
