Congratulations, Cole Epple, You Make the Difference!

 

Congratulations to Cole Epple, Field Services Technician, on being named Socket’s You-Make-The-Difference Award Winner for September!

Cole has been with the field services team for over two years, and is one of our more experienced fiber techs, finishing fiber installations for new customers all over Missouri. He was first encouraged to apply when a former Socket employee needed his help installing cabling – and was impressed enough by his skill to recommend him to the team. We’re glad he did!

“He goes out of his way to help anyone who needs it, customer and employee alike,” said a coworker who nominated him for the award. “He’s often the one on ladders and in attics… and someone’s gotta do it if the job’s going to be done right.”

In his free time, Cole enjoys going to live music shows, and spending time with his younger brother. The two of them can often be found skateboarding together.

“We’ll never be too old for it!” said Cole.

They are also very close to their parents in Jefferson City, and visit them often.

“What I like most about Socket are my coworkers,” said Cole. “If I ever need a helping hand, I don’t have to look very far.”
