Congratulations to Caleb Couture, Business Center Analyst, on being named Socket’s You-Make-The-Difference Award winner for November!

Caleb originally heard about Socket through a former employer – when he began looking for an opportunity to delve deeper into computer networking, it seemed like a perfect fit! Now, he’s one of our Business Center team members, helping to troubleshoot issues with customers and tackling all sorts of technical challenges.

“He’s got a great attitude, even when he’s thrown a curveball of an issue – he’ll persevere and find a resolution,” said a coworker who nominated him for the award.

“His efforts haven’t gone unnoticed,” said another. “He’s grown quickly and brings a great attitude to work each day.”

Caleb lives in Moberly with his wife, Jenna, and their three dogs; Lily, Jumper and Duchess. The two of them enjoy traveling, as well as tinkering with remote control aircraft and working with small animals.

“My favorite part of working at Socket is the environment, especially in the Business Center,” said Caleb. “We always put the customer first, and being part of a great team that works together to do that is both encouraging and fun!”
