- Business Center Analyst:
Answer technical questions and troubleshoot issues affecting Socket's business customers.
- Customer Service & Sales Representative:
Answer questions from current and prospective residential customers about Socket's services.
- Equipment Operator:
Help expand Socket's network by operating directional boring machines, vibratory plow, mini excavator, vacuum excavator, and/or aerial trucks.
- Field Services Technician:
Resolve issues, install new services, and answer questions from customers.
- Inside Business Sales Representative:
Develop new sales opportunities through various prospecting methods, determine customer needs, and recommend specific solutions.
Formulate and design application programs with due regard to efficient use of system resources.
- Programming Intern:
Analyze, design, develop, and revise web pages, databases, and computer programs.
- Service Delivery Coordinator:
Ensure that the customer's expectations towards actualization of services are met.
- Service Provisioner:
Perform voice, data, and networking setups and tests. (Night Shift)
- Technical Support Agent:
Help Socket's residential customers over the phone with computer and internet issues.
- Telecom Sales Executive:
Seeking motivated individuals to maintain and grow Socket's business customer base.
