After the initial construction of the fiber-optic lines passing your home is complete, crews will bury a fiber-optic line from the cable in the road to your home.

Basic installation charges for a residential location are waived on a three-year term (normally $100) during 60 days of this construction period in your neighborhood.

Additional Details:

Basic installation does not include configuring customer's computers, networking Ethernet cables, nor any internal wiring through the house. To use existing wiring within the home, the fiber-optic cable will need to enter where existing phone service does today. Advanced installation, including running new wiring to a desired location, will be charged at a rate of $65 per hour. Estimates can be given in advance of additional installations.
