Congratulations to Cassie Storm-Pierce on being named Socket’s You-Make-The-Difference award winner for July!  She has been with Socket since February, 2019, and is a Residential Customer Service Lead (T2).

“Cassie always goes above and beyond to help the team and is an invaluable asset to the residential call center” says a co-worker, who nominated her.

When asked about her favorite part of being a Socket employee she said, “With my previous employment, I didn't enjoy as it was definitely one of those big corporate companies where I just did the daily grind and couldn't wait for the day to end. Here I can actually have a conversation with real people and can have an actual friendship outside work hours.”

Cassie also enjoys spending time with her family:  Leroy, Jareth, and two fur babies called Porkchop and Saffron.  She also dabbles in drawing, having done a few paid commission pieces. Her most prized activity? “Sleep - my absolute favorite necessity.”
