Congratulations, Kelly Major, You Make The Difference!

 

Congratulations to Kelly Major, Administrative Assistant, on being named Socket’s You-Make-The-Difference Award winner for February!

Kelly has been with the company for a little over a year, and has already become a staple of everyday life at Socket. Whether it’s organizing charity drives, clearing out fridge space, planning parties, or keeping things stocked, Kelly does it all – and then some.

Kelly is a wonderful person,” said a coworker who nominated her for the award. “She is never too busy to help me out when I need something, and never complains.”

“Even if she doesn't immediately know how to fix something, she doesn't try to figure out whose problem it SHOULD be - she just rolls up her sleeves and gets it done,” said another.

Kelly is an accomplished animator, illustrator, and graduate of the Kansas City Art Institute. In her free time, she can be found working on personal animation projects, as well as enjoying video games and comic books.

“My favorite part of working at Socket is definitely the people,” said Kelly. “I know everyone says that, but it’s true! There really are so many nice, cool people working here, and I appreciate them.”
