Every month, Socket employees ­nominate and vote on a co-worker who best exemplifies our Core Values and Beliefs.

This month, we picked Travis Baugh, from the Customer Care and Fullfillment department. He’s been with us for a little over a year as a Service Delivery Specialist, tracking orders and helping improve all the separate little steps it takes to set up a customer.

“He does a lot behind the scenes that not a lot of people see or know about,” said a coworker. “And he has a good attitude each and every day, even though he may be swamped with a ton of work.”

It’s probably because he’s doing something he loves. Travis has had a hobby of working with computers for a long time; it’s part of the reason he eventually applied to Socket.

“Every single day, I get to learn something more, and get the opportunity to pass on my knowledge to others,” said Travis.

We’re certainly glad to have him, and we’re proud to name Travis as our You-Make-The-Difference Award winner for July. Congratulations!
