Meet Dan Whitney, Technical Support Agent

This month, we picked Dan Whitney, from the Technical Support department.
Dan helps our new customers get things set up at home, and serves as a go-to for those trickier technical problems.
“He’s an invaluable member of residential tech support. No matter what the problem is, Dan has a calm and relaxed attitude,” said a colleague who nominated him for the award.
In his free time, Dan enjoys camping, video games, and tinkering with computers. He also can’t decide if he’s growing facial hair, placing him in a strange half-beard limbo.
Regardless, Dan is an integral part of the team, and a valued member of our community.
