Last week, we spent a day at the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce Business 2 Business Expo (whew, that’s a mouthful)! Although we were mainly there to discuss our Hosted PBX service with local businesses, we did take some time to explore the show and visit our neighboring booths.

Now, if someone had told us ahead of time that it was going to be a picnic, we would have brought more than a few tootsie rolls! We saw (and sampled!) everything from Lil’ Smokies, to mini cupcakes, to BBQ and coleslaw, to popcorn, to cookies…

Customer Service Appreciation Week was a lot of fun. We had some great food, and took some time after work to relax in the break room with a few brews.

But what really makes us feel appreciated, though, is hearing it straight from our customers! It's always nice to know when we're making a difference.

October 1-5 is Customer Service Appreciation Week, a time to recognize and thank employees dedicated to taking care of customers.

Here at Socket, everyone is involved in making the customer experience exceptional. So to celebrate, we’ve been having some festivities around the office!
