Terms of Service


  • All accounts will be invoiced on the 1st of the month in which services occurred and are due by the 20th.

  • Effective February 1, 2006, any accounts left unpaid by the last day of the month will be automatically disconnected and subject to delinquency fees.

  • Effective February 1, 2006, Socket reserves the right to assign any delinquent accounts to an outside agency for collections.

  • Credit or debit accounts will renew automatically on the cards unless you notify us otherwise.

  • Account maintenance must be done prior to the next billing period (changes to the account, billing options, cancellations).

  • Set up fees and billing charges are non-refundable.

  • All accounts are non-refundable unless sufficient documentation of technical difficulties on Socket's network exists.
