We're always listening to your feedback.

You've probably noticed some changes lately when logging in to Socket's Webmail.

We've listened to your feedback and recently launched a new Webmail site with more features and capabilities, such as message folders, an online calendar, address book and a junk email folder to manage spam directly from your inbox.

Tell us what you think! What would you like to learn how to do? What features do you like? What would you like to see added? Call us at 1-800-762-5383 or email support@socket.net with your feedback, suggestions or questions.

If you haven't tried the new site yet, or if you'd like to learn more about how to use it, check out our quick how-to guide.

We're also happy to walk you through the new site and answer all your questions. Just give our friendly techs a call at 1-800-762-5383.

The old Webmail site will remain available for a short time as you grow comfortable using the new site.

Enjoy the new Webmail!

Dear Techie: How do I use Socket's My Account site?

Socket's My Account site
Log in to Socket's My Account site at www.socket.net/myaccount.

Earlier this year, we introduced a brand new My Account Center (www.socket.net/myaccount). If you haven't yet had a chance to explore it, here are a few simple tips to get started.

  1. Establish a login. If you used Socket's previous My Account Center, your login information carried over to the new website. Remember to log in with your full email address. If you do not have a login, give us a call at 1-800-762-5383 to set one up or register using a Socket email address or username. You must establish a separate login for the My Account Center - your Socket email address will not automatically work (but you can create a login with your @socket.net address).
  2. View bills and make payments. When you first log in, you'll see your current account balance and a link to your most recent bill. Click the "Pay Bill Now" button to make a payment, or navigate to the "My Billing Center" tab to view past bills, change to a mail or email bill or set up an autopayment via credit or debit card.
  3. View services. Click the "My Services" tab to see a list of your current services. You can also set up additional email addresses online if available with your account.
  4. Open a trouble ticket. Contact Socket Technical Support about a problem you might be having and let them know a good time to follow up with you later. This works well if you would like to be contacted at a specific time, or if you wish to report a problem outside normal call center hours.

Is there another feature or tool you'd like to see added to Socket's My Account Center? Just let us know by emailing support@socket.net.

Donation Made to Toys for Tots

Socket recently made a holiday contribution to the U.S Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program, which provides gifts to less fortunate children during the holiday season.

Included in the donation were a total of more than 450 toys, such as puzzles, board games, dolls, cars and more. The toys were distributed throughout Missouri.

"Socket surprised us with an enormous amount of toys that will allow us to help numerous families in Missouri," said Dannie Weddle, a local area coordinator for the Toys for Tots program. "We're very grateful for this generosity."
