Socket has a service delivery specialist position available in our regulatory department.
Responsibilities include updating LIDB/CNAM database, completing directory listings tasks and 911 database entries for new telecom customers, and auditing.
This position requires very detailed oriented skills. The right person will be able to perform at a high level of accuracy.
Education & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree (B.A) or equivalent; or 3-6 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in order processing and customer service preferred.
