October 1-5 is Customer Service Appreciation Week, a time to recognize and thank employees dedicated to taking care of customers.

Here at Socket, everyone is involved in making the customer experience exceptional. So to celebrate, we’ve been having some festivities around the office!

We started with a round of Hot Box Cookies for everyone at the Columbia office, and doughnuts for our Jefferson City counterparts. And we’ve just enjoyed a delicious catered lunch from Jimmy John’s! We’ll wrap up the week with an employee social… but don’t worry, we’re not starting until after hours.

We’ve also had drawings for various gift cards and other prizes throughout the week. Winners are chosen using a highly scientific process involving more than a hundred slips of paper in a large blue bowl.
