By the time Aaron began working at Socket in November 2005 he had already worked in the telecommunications industry for over 6 years. At US Cellular in Columbia he worked as a sales representative and assistant manager in the business support division. He also served a year in the US Marine Corps.
 
Background
 
Aaron is a native of the Columbia community. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife Charisse and his two kids Jayden and Malik. When he is not at work, Aaron enjoys reading, cooking and being outdoors.
 
In August 2006, Aaron's hard work and effort with the company was recognized as he was chosen as Socket’s You Make the Difference employee of the month. Aaron likes working with other businesses because he enjoys meeting new people and selling a great product with excellent support.
